Former ESPN super star Michelle Beadle shares her journey in the sports world and the ups and downs she faced to make it to where she is today. 

During her 25 year career, Beadle worked at ESPN as the host of NBA Countdown, Sports Nation, and Get Up. She also held jobs with CBS, NBC and Fox. She left ESPN suddenly a few years ago and shared her story on what happened. Now, she's back home in San Antonio covering the Spurs as a reporter and host for their broadcast team. 

Beadle didn't always know she wanted to be a sports reporter but when she decided to audition for her spot on Sports Nation, it was evident that sports was her calling. She shares her crazy story of how she landed that gig and how it turned into some of the best times of her life! 

But things started getting rocky over at ESPN and in 2019, Beadle announced her departure from the worldwide leader in sports. For most, they'd be devastated to walk away from a job of that caliber but Beadle had had enough and knew it was time to leave. 

We go in-depth about the struggles many face in this industry and the importance of giving back and lifting others up especially women in a male dominated world.
